Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Codementria's services, including our website and IT training courses, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access our services.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and must be paid in advance. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Course fees include all necessary training materials unless otherwise specified.

Terms of Usage

Our IT training services are provided for educational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on technology and programming, our courses do not constitute formal professional certification. For complex technical questions, we recommend consulting qualified professionals.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse services to any student whose requirements are outside our expertise or capabilities. We may also refuse services if student requirements are unreasonable or outside the agreed scope of work.

Refund Policy

Course cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date. In exceptional circumstances, you may transfer your enrollment to another course or defer it.

Service Delivery

We strive to provide high-quality IT training services. All courses are delivered by qualified instructors with extensive industry experience. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors to maintain or improve service quality.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, code examples, and training resources provided as part of our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Student Conduct

Students are required to provide accurate information and cooperate with our course delivery process. We reserve the right to terminate services for any student whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or who provides false information.

Liability Limitations

While we take all reasonable precautions, Codementria is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our IT training services. If you are not satisfied with the course content or delivery, please submit your concerns in writing within 7 days of course completion. We will work to resolve your concerns through additional support or other appropriate measures.

Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
